Return Policy

Exchange and Refund Policy.
There is no refund on the item bought, we will, however, exchange items if you return them within 3 days of receipt, provided.

• It is in its original packaging and condition, including all attachments, accessories, and documentation.
• It is unused

Incorrect size.

If you purchased the wrong size and you want to exchange, the right size will be sent back to you at your own expense upon sending the incorrect size back to us.

Non-returnable items:

• Items on sale
• Damaged sneakers older than 3months.

To return items please Contact Us by email or Whatsapp. The Customer Support department can then investigate your request and contact you to arrange/confirm details.
